Each vendor gets their own metered electrical hookup. No sharing, no generators needed. You'll set up your own connection from the meter.
Full water and sewer hookups are included with every vendor space at no extra cost.
High-speed internet for all vendors is planned for a future phase of the park.
Commercial trash collection is included with every vendor space — no extra hauling costs or coordination needed.
Need extra space? We provide a dedicated on-site spot where you can place your own storage building, at an additional monthly cost.
